Refund policy

A Lore Skin, we want you to love the products you purchase from us. You entrust us with your skin care and we in turn aim to ensure all products sold are of the highest quality.

Due to the nature of skin care, all product are not eligible for returns.

If you have concerns about a product due to being defective or damage, please email us at hello@loreskin.ca and we will assist you with your issue. 

Changes or Cancellations
Once placed, orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Any cancellations or changes MUST be received before an order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any modifications and the sale is processed and finalized.

We are not responsible for any errors in shipping address or order details. Please review this information very carefully before submitting your purchase.
