The Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream is a deeply nourishing, barrier-strengthening moisturizer formulated especially for dry, sensitive, or compromised skin. It features a light blue hue (thanks to guaiazulene) which helps soothe irritation, while its texture balances richness with a non-greasy, silky finish.

The cream delivers multi-layer hydration using seven types of hyaluronic acid, along with four types of ceramides to reinforce the skin's natural barrier. Botanical extracts like Centella Asiatica, Paeonia Albiflora Flower, Avocado Fruit, Brassica (kale) Leaf, Artemisia Princeps, and antioxidant-rich plant oils help calm redness, protect against environmental stressors, and support repair.

Free from artificial colors and fragrance, it’s vegan-friendly and suitable for use both morning and night, or as the final moisturizing step before sunscreen.
